In the wake of the 2016 presidential elections, the Amplifier Foundation collaborated with Shepard Fairey, Ernesto Yerena, and Jessica Sabogal to create and distribute a series of images that capture the shared humanity of our diverse America. The result was one of the most successful art crowdfunding campaign in Kickstarter history, raising 1.365 million dollars from over 22,000 backers. On inauguration day, we ran the images as full-page ads in the Washington Post, the New York Times, and USA Today. Our efforts gained major international press, and the art shared showed up at Women’s March events around the world, becoming international iconography of unity during divisive times. I directed and edited campaign videos, and provided campaign strategy, management, PR and copywriting and for their crowdfunding effort.
